You have or have had within the past 14 days any symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, general malaise, muscle aches, loss of sense of smell or taste, diarrhea, nausea or feel unwell or have a runny/stuffy nose, sore throat or are sneezing.
Within the past 14 days you have been caring for, or living with, someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.
Within the past 14 days you have been advised to home quarantine because of an exposure to COVID-19.
You are considered high-risk or vulnerable to COVID-19 in accordance with World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control prevention guidelines.
When you arrive:
We are not able to accommodate extra family members, children, or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside.
All guests are required to wear a masks. If you do not have a mask we can provide one for you. If you have a legitimate reason to not wear a mask a face shield will be required. (read below on how to properly wear a mask)
Your temperatures will be checked with a non-contact digital forehead thermometers. Clients with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will have to cancel their appointment at no charge.
When you come in, we’ll ask that you the hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom with disinfectant soap.
You will go directly to the styling chair with your stylist.
Guests will be seated at least 6 feet apart.
We will not be offering beverages services and/or warm hand towels until stage 4.
When you depart:
We will NOT be accepting cash or checks.
We are request that all of our guest switch to contactless payment. These systems are credit cards, debit cards, smartphones, mobile devices, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any bank mobile applications that support contactless payment.
We will no be allowing guest to touch any of the retail items. We will gather requested items for you, sanitize them, and bag them up.

We also have curbside pickup. Please call the salon with your order and we charge your credit card over the phone, pack up your items and bring them to your car when you arrive for a pick up.
All staff are required to wear face masks.
All staff are required to have temperatures taken upon arrival to the salon.
All Staff are required to sanitize hands before every client.
Stations and styling chairs will be sanitized in between clients.
Wash basins will be sanitized in between clients.
Door handles, bathroom handles and fixtures are sanitized between clients.
If you would like us to re-sanitize please speak up. We will gladly accommodate!
Wearing a Mask Correctly
Wash your hands before putting on your mask.
Put it over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.
Try to fit it snugly against the sides of your face.
Make sure you can breathe easily.
CDC does not recommend use of masks or cloth masks for source control if they have an exhalation valve or vent.
Don’t put the mask around your neck or up on your forehead.
Don’t touch the mask, and, if you do, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer to disinfect.
